Private-showroom privacy notice
The event planner stores the details you submit as a private WordPress inquiry so the operating workflow can be demonstrated. It does not send email, take payment, reserve a date, create a contract, or share your entry with a third party.
Data handled
Name, email, optional phone, event preferences, date, guest count, and planning notes may be stored. A one-way email hash supports WordPress privacy export and erasure requests.
Production gate
Before a public launch, the buyer must verify the operating identity, lawful basis, retention period, public contact, processors, hosting, security controls, and complete privacy request journey. Demonstration inquiries should contain fictional information only.
